Bridget Coker, LCSW
Bridget Coker is a licensed clinical social worker who has been providing teletherapy for three years. Before that, Bridget worked in community mental health for nine years.
Outside of therapy, Bridget is a work-at-home mom to a preschooler and a 4th grader.
Bridget has experience with just about every type of mental illness: depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
The pandemic has been hard on the best of us and presented us with new challenges. Bridget believes everyone has the power to change for the better with a little encouragement and compassion.
Bridget uses a variety of treatment methods including CBT, mindfulness, and The Daring Way to name a few.
She believes it’s not what path you choose to take to feel better but rather the person you are with on the journey.
