Modalities

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) an evidence based practice which assists a client who has been traumatized, desensitizes, and reprocesses their trauma using bilateral brain stimulation (right-left motions).
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is future-focused, goal-directed, and focuses on solutions, rather than on the problems that brought clients to seek therapy.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based practice which assists the client with reconstructing negative thoughts, and negative core beliefs about themselves, the world, or others.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Used by therapists trained in several different treatment modalities to assist individual clients receive the best treatment type for the individual client.
Used to assist clients experiencing life issues such as grief, job loss or change, development of life goals, relational concerns , organizational skills, time management, boundaries, communication skills, and behavior modification.
